Effective June 2, 2022 the cancellation policy listed below will apply to all salon and spa reservations at Lee's Summit Retreat.

We completely understand when unexpected events occur and you are unable to attend your reserved appointment. Your first cancellation within 24 hours will not result in a fee charged to your account however a credit card will be needed to book another appointment.

The second cancellation or request to re-schedule made within 24 hours prior to your reservation will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 50% of the scheduled service and will be charged to your credit card on file with Lee's Summit Retreat.

Any subsequent cancellations, re-schedule requests, or no shows made within 24 hours prior to your reservation or day of will result in a cancellation fee between 50-100% of your cancelled appointment. The fee will be charged at the time of the cancellation, request to re-schedule or no show.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to re-schedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

After your first cancellation we will require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file at the time of the cancellation or re-schedule to request. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
