Cancellation policy listed below will apply to all salon and spa reservations at Lee’s Summit Retreat Salon and Spa

By booking with Lee’s Summit Retreat you acknowledge that you have read and understand all the terms and conditions outlined both here and on our website, and that you are agreeing to all applicable fees associated with cancellations, no shows, and hourly appointments.

Cancellations in less than 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services.

No Shows will result in a 100% charge based off of the scheduled service that day
*please refer to our hourly appointment policy for all hourly appointments*
If you are more than 10-15 min late for your scheduled service we may not be able to accommodate your entire appointment. If time allows, a partial service may be rendered. If a stylist is unable to accommodate a late arrival of a guest then please refer to the no show policy listed above, as we must respect the appointment time of other guests and the service provider.
Fees will be charged to your card on file at time of cancellation/ no show or day of rescheduling as outlined above.
We do extend reminder text and emails as a courtesy, however keeping your appointment is your responsibility
